Create Cables in a Couple of Clicks Using Cable 2.5 for Maya

Designing technology-related objects in Maya becomes way faster with this script that can create all kinds of cables and wires in a few clicks.

You can create realistic cables all over, around, and inside your objects using the Cable 2.5 script for Maya. Firstly, you can define how chunky or flat your cable is going to be using the Flatness parameter. You can adjust its width and density and play with the Twist Rate.

You can choose from various materials to either create a smooth shiny cable or a worm-like textured one that has lots of coils. The tool also allows you to control the size of your cable and the pressure inside it.

The price for the standard license is $20. Cable works on Maya 2018 to 2022 for Windows and macOS.

You can find the script here. Don't forget to join our new Telegram channel, our Discord, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we are sharing breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
