Creating Procedural Hair with Blender's Geometry Nodes

Here are some experiments with procedural hair creation in Geometry Nodes’ new Fields system.

3D Character Artist Irakli Kupunia has shared the results of the experiments the author conducted to create procedural hair using Blender Geometry Nodes' new Fields system. The result of these experiments currently supports automatic clumping region generation, has the ability to chain multiple Clump Modifiers, combine “User-Made” curves with generated ones, and offset hairs which intersect with the emitter object by its Normal. According to the author, the main goal of the experiment was automatic clump generation.
