Custom Glass Shader Built to Visualize Submarine Window in Ocean Game

A versatile tool crafted for an upcoming ocean survival game, Full Fathom.

3D Artist and Game Developer Monad of Eirye, one of the developers of Full Fathom, an upcoming Unity-powered oceanic horror game, unveiled this demo showing a custom glass shader that they crafted for the project. The game is being developed by DÆMON House, a team of three creators: Bodorol, Noah, also known as BalboaTheGreat_, and Monad of Eirye.

The shader allows for visualizing various effects, such as distortion, dirt and tint overlays, and blur based on the Roughness Map. Take a closer look:

The tool is used to visualize the eerie underwater realm in the ocean survival and thalassophobia simulator, Full Fathom, seen through the window in a deteriorating submarine.
