Dark Fantasy-Inspired Animated Short In Blender With Unique Painterly Style
Coup De Foudre is a collective of three French animators, Téo Frantz, Florian Maurice, and Swann Valenza, who specialize in dynamic, stylized 3D artwork. Their latest project is a fantastic animated short they worked on for about a month to explore a new visual direction in Blender with a painterly style and dark fantasy vibes. They've also emphasized that it's entirely human-made, with no AI involved.
The short is now out, and you can watch LA NUIT ROUGE below:
It'd be really interesting to see more behind-the-scenes material, especially since the animators hinted that the short is acting as a proof of concept for a larger project.
