Extremely Realistic French Street Rendered in Unreal Engine 5

Artist 3Dystopia turned real into Unreal.

An artist known as 3Dystopia managed to turn a real French street into an Unreal Engine 5 project, and it's hard to see the difference between the two – the render is just so realistic. The alley, the tall buildings, and the car passing by – those unaware might not even notice anything wrong.

It took the artist seven days to finish the project: from recording and creating the 3D scan to optimization in Blender and UE5 design. They used RealityCapture for photogrammetry, ray tracing, and Lumen.

You can find more realistic works on 3Dystopia's YouTube and ArtStation.

Also, don't forget to join our Reddit page and our Telegram channel, follow us on Instagram and Twitter, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.

In this tutorial, you will be going over on how to create 4 very different materials from scratch in SD. The goal of these courses is to teach you a solid workflow that we also use in the AAA game industry.

It's from a 360 camera mounted on a vehicle. Most of the stuff is captured in only a few minutes.
