Rino Rubino used Maya, ZBrush, and V-Ray to show his childhood.
Rino Rubino, or Signorlimone, opens a door to his childhood with his 3D scene called Memories. This is a stylized version of him as a kid in the late ’90s, playing on Commodore 64. "I wanted to recreate that messy but cozy vibe from my old room."
"A random afternoon from my Nineties. Me in front of the Commodore 64, joystick in hand, completely lost in the game. Around me, the usual mess: Smurfs, Food Fighters, Exogini, Lupo Alberto comics, and those board games that always missed a few pieces."
The room was built from scratch using Maya and ZBrush for modeling, Substance 3D Painter for texturing, XGen for hair, and V-Ray for rendering.
