Fortiche Shows That Nothing in Arcane Is Random, Even Hair

Fortiche continues to share its secrets in a new short video revealing the behind-the-scenes look at its work with hair.

"From the fall of a braid to the snap of a punch, nothing is random," the studio says, explaining the steps it took to make hair almost another character in the series. Playing with weights, the team made sure Jinx's braids looked natural in some scenes and enhanced her movements in others.

Her hair is not a passive witness: it emphasizes her fighting style, simulated and then made pretty by Fortiche's artists.

It might distract you from the beautiful backgrounds, but there is nothing random about them as well, as the company shared in another sneak peek.
