GTA 6 Price Is Finally Officially Revealed
Don't expect to buy a disc at launch.

Hours before GTA 6 preorders go live, we finally know the prices for its Standard and Ultimate editions: you'll have to pay $79.99 to simply play it on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S or $99.99 to enjoy some cool bonuses.
This is lower than rumors suggested but still $10 more expensive than the current standard for AAA games. This will likely bump prices for future titles from different developers, even though they are all definitely not GTA 6.

According to its official website, GTA 6 Ultimate Edition features premium vehicles, weapons, apparel, and "action around every corner." Get cool Vice City looks, hairstyles, and tattoos for the protagonists with this pack.

But if you want a good old disc from the start, I'll disappoint you: GTA 6 won't have such options at launch, physical sales will offer a download code you will need to redeem.
Whatever option you choose, pre-ordering the new GTA will let you begin pre-loading on November 12, a week before the release.

Even if you pick the Standard Edition, you'll get some awesome perks for the pre-order, including the '55 Vapid Stanier sedan, a garage alongside Ocean Beach, decadent outfits and hairstyles, and an iconic tropical weapon pattern.

Pre-orders for GTA 6 start at midnight local time on June 25. Sony, of course, claims that "Grand Theft Auto VI will play best on PS5," but you can safely choose Xbox as well.
