HEMOHOUND: Check Out This FPS Game Where Your Are a Vampire in the 1900s
Would you like to be a vampire in the Western Desert?
HEMOHOUND is a first-person western shooter game created by Julio Morín and CryoStorage. With roguelike elements, it is a game set in a world in the 1900s where vampires can stand in the sun.
It was part of The Fun, The Dark, and The Cozy, a showcase that celebrates and promotes indie games.
The vampires made a secret ritual to be able to walk under the sun, but now the vampires seem to be affected by an unknown disease that takes away their ability to be under the sun, and they need to migrate to find a cure and purify their blood, consuming others' blood to gain their abilities and weapons in the process.
A game where you are a vampire that needs to fight to save their life in a western setting sounds pretty interesting. The developers have said it contains explicit violence and gore, and even though we don't have a release date, you can add the game to your Steam wishlist or request access to the Playtest.
