A fellow CEO shared an inspiring story.
Being a CEO is not an easy task, especially if you're responsible for a huge company. But some leaders still find the time to deal with feedback.
According to Suhail Doshi, the founder of Playground AI, NVIDIA's CEO Jensen Huang once had a driver bug fixed in 12 hours after receiving an email pointing out the issue.
"I once emailed Jensen cold last year and he got a driver bug fixed in 12 hours. 30 years after its founding, this guy still acts like a hardcore founder," said Doshi.
One might ask, why bother a CEO with such questions? But Doshi reassured everyone concerned that his company had "spent countless weeks trying to resolve the issue" and reached out to NVIDIA support first and only then decided to contact Huang.
The story shows that some corporation leaders are not above listening to requests and might help with urgent matters. It, however, doesn't mean you should shower them with problems that can be resolved by the support team.
