Hunt Folklore Monsters to Heavy Metal in this Upcoming Game

The game is being made by an ex-Bethesda developer Nate Purkeypile using Unreal Engine 5.

If you are a fan of hunting simulators, horror games, and heavy metal, here's an upcoming title you should certainly check out. Meet The Axis Unseen, an open-world horror hunting game currently being developed by Nate Purkeypile, an ex-Bethesda developer who worked on Skyrim, Fallout 3/4/76, and Starfield, using Unreal Engine 5.

The Axis Unseen will task you to hunt folklore monsters in a gorgeous open world trapped outside of time. The game also promises to feature several tracking mechanics, allowing you to follow the monsters' tracks and blood trails and tasking you to pay attention to the wind direction, thus increasing the immersivity of the simulator.

To help you with that, the game will bring the ability to upgrade your senses with the powers of the creatures, allowing you to see scent particles, feel the warmth left behind on their tracks, and more.

Moreover, The Axis Unseen will feature original music by Clifford Meyer, which will be a unique blend of heavy metal and primitive instruments that adjust depending on what is going on at the time.

Recently, the developer also shared several amazing demos that showcase some of the game's environments and monsters. You can check them out attached below or by visiting Nate's Twitter page.

At the moment, the game's release date is unknown. You can follow the development process by visiting The Axis Unseen's official website and wishlist the game on Steam.
