Indiana Jones and the Great Circle's Official Gameplay Trailer Revealed

It's coming in 2024.

At the recent Developer Direct conference, MachineGames has finally revealed a first look at the long-awaited Indiana Jones game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle.

Set in 1937, between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade, players take on the role of an iconic archaeologist who has to uncover "one of history's greatest mysteries". As Indiana Jones, they must stop the sinister forces that seek the key to an ancient power.

On Steam, the game is described as a first-person, single-player adventure. Based on what we see in the trailer, the gameplay will be in a first-person perspective, while certain scenes, such as wall climbing, will be shown in the third person. Players will also have access to Indiana's iconic bullwhip, which the legendary character uses to dispatch enemies and navigate obstacles.

Troy Baker, known for his roles as Booker DeWitt in BioShock Infinite and Joel in The Last of Us, takes on the character of Indiana Jones in the game.

As we mentioned before, the development of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is being led by the Swedish studio, MachineGames, famous for its work on the Wolfenstein series. Bethesda's Todd Howard is serving as the Executive Producer of the game, who dreamed of bringing this character to life.

The game is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass in 2024.
