Kevin Temmer Achieves 2D Style in 3D With Autodesk Maya

Check out The Amazing Digital Circus Lead Animator's latest experiment.

Lead Animator at Glitch Productions Kevin Temmer has once again amazed us with his incredible talent and skill, unveiling a new mind-blowing personal project. In his latest demo, the creator presented a series of experiments in achieving a 2D look using 3D software, featuring cartoony characters and a human hand that convincingly resemble traditional 2D animations. For this project, Kevin used his trusted software, Autodesk Maya, which he specializes in and has previously employed for Murder Drones, The Amazing Digital Circus, and many other projects.

If you'd like to learn more about Kevin Temmer and his work, we highly encourage you to check out our recent interview with the creator where he told us more about The Amazing Digital Circus' animation workflows, explained what "cheating" in 3D animation is, and discussed how they twist TADC's characters behind the scenes.

Also, check out Kevin's full portfolio on Instagram and YouTube.
