Learn How to Create Appealing Clouds in Unity in 3 Simple Steps

The tutorial comes from Unity's recently-shipped Universal Render Pipeline cookbook.

The Unity Technologies team has recently shared a comprehensive and beginner-friendly video tutorial, thoroughly explaining the process of creating appealing clouds in Unity in three simple steps.

Initially featured in "Recipes for popular visual effects using the Universal Render Pipeline", Unity's recently-shipped free e-book with 12 incredible "recipes" on creating visual effects that can be applied to a wide range of games, art styles, and platforms, the tutorial explains how to create a simple sphere within the boundaries of a cube mesh, use 3D textures to define the cloud shape, and add lighting to create cloud highlights and shadows, covering the entire production pipeline.
