Marvelous Designer Launches New Pricing Plan For Indie Studios
A handy new option for independent creators, with dedicated tech support and multi-seat license management.
Major wins from indie studios are becoming the norm, as proven by Hollow Knight Silksong's triumphant launch and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 winning GOTY 2025. Marvelous Designer has been part of many such successes, not only AAA games, standing as an industry-standard tool with few real alternatives.
If you're part of an indie studio looking to simplify garment creation with Marvelous Designer, you'll be interested to know that a new Indie license has just been launched. It offers the same features as the Enterprise version, like dedicated technical support and multi-seat license management, but at a lower cost. To qualify, your studio needs at least two employees, an annual revenue of $500,000 or less, and must be legally registered as a company in your country.
If you still want Enterprise-level access but aren't ready to commit to a full year, you can try a monthly Enterprise license and toggle it on or off anytime.
For those new to Marvelous Designer, traditional outfit sculpting can be time-consuming and often produces garments that don't quite look right. Marvelous Designer streamlines the process, improving the quality of both character and environmental assets, and it works just as well for stylized garments as it does for realistic ones.
We also had the opportunity some time ago to speak with Love, Death + Robots' Diego Conte about his experience using Marvelous Designer:
Marvelous Designer is regularly updated, keeping it at the forefront of digital garment design. There's a wealth of learning resources available, like RenderRides' free guide designed specifically for complete beginners and Solaty's course, taking you from beginner to advanced, as well as an official community where you can share and showcase assets made with Marvelous Designer:
