Prologue: Go Wayback, an open-world survival game from the PUBG creator Brendan Greene, received a new playable demo, with which you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the harsh natural environments.
With the demo, you can try all the available survival gameplay systems. Also, it features four maps suggested by the community members.
"Today we are putting a demo of Go Wayback! in players' hands. Sharing our games during early development is a founding principle of our studio and allows the team to iterate on core systems with player input early. We're looking forward to your stories, feedback, and bug reports allowing us to shape Go Wayback! together over the coming months before early access launch later this summer, " said Brendan Greene.

Prologue: Go Wayback's main task is to reach a remote weather tower, but you are not told how to get there and have to figure it out by yourself, enduring freezing temperatures, harsh storms, and other ongoing challenges along the way.
While pursuing that goal, you explore the game's beautiful world crafted using Unreal Engine 5 and experiment with survival strategies. Brendan Greene earlier suggested that many people might hate the game because it might be too difficult. However, he said that if it elicits a reaction, that's what he wanted.
