The overtime schedule allegedly involved longer working hours and increased office attendance.

Naughty Dog employees were reportedly required to work overtime on the Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet demo.

According to the Bloomberg report, the workers were asked to take at least eight extra hours a week, reaching a maximum of 60 hours a week. This work schedule was reportedly in effect for the past seven weeks, starting in late October and ending this week.

The office attendance regime was also allegedly changed, with employees asked to come into the office five times a week instead of the usual five, and reportedly, in January, the workers will return to their regular schedule.

As stated in the report, the overtime period "was an attempt to get the production back on track after several missed deadlines."

Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet is a space-themed sci-fi adventure, following the story of Jordan A. Mun, a bounty hunter who finds herself in isolation on a remote planet. The release date is not disclosed yet, but there are suggestions that the game targets a mid-2027 launch.
