New F2P MMO Based on The Lord of the Rings Announced

Amazon Game Studios revealed it will team up with Leyou Technologies Holdings Limited and Middle-earth Enterprises to develop and publish a free-to-play MMO game based on the legendary The Lord of the Rings universe. The team states it will deliver an immersive game experience for epic exploration of the vast world of Tolkien.

Amazon Game Studios and Leyou will jointly develop the game for PC and consoles, while Amazon Game Studios will focus on marketing and publishing.
