Check out NVIDIA Studio's tutorial series on creating 3D Abraham Lincoln in ZBrush and Maya. The free course consists of 5 videos, about 30 minutes each. In them, 3D Sculptor Hadi Karimi provides a step-by-step guide to making a photorealistic 3D model. 

Starting from cleaning the life mask and transferring data to the base, you'll move to painting the albedo map, sculpting skin details, then grooming hair, and finally, finishing with skin and other details.
