The game is going to be released in October with Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable following.
You've been waiting for it, and the time has come. Nintendo has announced that the Persona series is coming to Switch starting with Persona 5 Royal followed by Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable. So far, the release date has been set for Persona 5 only – expect to see the game on October 21.
Earlier, it was revealed that the three games will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC, which means the series will cover all major platforms. Xbox and PC will see all Persona 5 Royal DLCs, as reported by Persona Channel.
Persona is an RPG series following a group of Japanese students fighting supernatural enemies. Persona 3 Portable was first released in 2009, Persona 4 Golden came out in 2012, and Persona 5 Royal was launched in 2019. Last year, the series reached a milestone of 15 million copies sold.
