Have a look at this incredibly realistic portrait of a girl created by 3D artist Phùng Nguyễn Quang. The work was modeled and sculpted in ZBrush, textured with Substance 3D Painter and ZBrush, and rendered with Arnold.

The references were taken from the "Smoke 'n' snow" project by photographer Ilona D. Veresk.
