This highly-realistic model was made by Wang Chen.
3D Character Artist and Art Director Wang Chen, widely known for creating realistic-looking digital humans, continues the series with yet another gorgeous piece. This time, the artist drew inspiration from the beloved Pirates of the Caribbean series, producing a highly-detailed recreation of the movies' Mistress Ching, the Pirate Lord of the Pacific Ocean, in 3D.
Unfortunately, the author hasn't shared much information regarding the production process behind the model. Wang's ArtStation page, however, notes that the artist is proficient in Maya, Substance 3D Painter, ZBrush, Marmoset Toolbag, and Unreal Engine, so it is highly likely that a combination of these programs was used to set up the portrait.
