Post-Apocalyptic Survival FPS Set in Harsh North Received a Final Demo

Road to Vostok, a post-apocalyptic survival FPS available on Steam's Next Fest, received a final demo, which is the last milestone before entering early access. The new demo features UI overhaul, shelter customization, magazine system, voice acting, and more.

The story is set in a post-apocalyptic frontier zone between Finland and Russia. Your journey starts in the evacuated Area 05, located in the southeastern part of Finland, where you can find shelters, traders, tasks, and starting loot for initial survival. Then, you proceed to the Border Zone, a guarded border line between the two contries, and make your way to Vostok, a high-risk and high-reward area, where everything is at stakes.

The game features a dynamic world with changing day times, weather, and seasons, along with dynamic events, varying from ambient sounds to aerial events, such as airdrops and crash sites, to faction-based special events. Apart from this, Road to Vostok has realistic Godot-powered animations and visuals depicting harsh but picturesque landscapes of the snowy North.
