Qin Bow's Snow Tests in UE4

Artist Qin Bow has recently shared a bunch of snow experiments in Unreal that look amazing.

First, there's an awesome water surface material that is all about details. As you can see it features a thin layer of ice that adds realism to the whole project. The artist noted that the material features a number of customizable parameters.

Also, check out a previous iteration running on E3 1230V2 GTX1070. The video shows how the artist blender a bunch of layers to get a nice ice surface. The artist used Jonathon Frederick's ice material as a reference.

Finally, check out an awesome snow material shining on a sunny day in Unreal Engine. Did you like the artist's materials? Discuss the videos in the comments!
