RealFlow | Cinema 4D 3.0 Available

Next Limit has recently presented RealFlow | Cinema 4D 3.0, the update for its fluid simulation tool for Cinema 4D.

Next Limit has recently presented RealFlow | Cinema 4D 3.0, the update for its fluid simulation tool for Cinema 4D. The update brings a new daemon for simulating the look of macro photography.

What is more, the new version features the option to use sub-frame sampling during simulation, support for quad meshing, the possibility to stitch the output of multiple simulations into a single Alembic file.

The new Macro daemon was created to mimic the kinds of effects seen in high-speed photography of real-life liquids. The latest version also features spline control circles which is a new system for adjusting the properties of simulations generated from splines.

Users can adjust results directly in the viewport by dragging the control circles along the spline or dragging their own control points.

There’s also the option to set the volume being meshed using the new Fields system, and fluids can also be meshed as all-quad geometry.

You can learn all about the update here.
