FX Artist Berk Erdag, whose recreation of the atomic explosion test in Nevada and realistic wind-blown vegetation simulations we previously shared, noticed a surge in Houdini FLIP simulations from many talented artists and decided to contribute his own along with a simple breakdown. This stunning waterfall features around 5 million particles for the water and 6 million for the whitewater, made with Houdini and finalized with Karma XPU and DaVinci Resolve's Fusion.
It's true that we've shared a lot of realistic Houdini-made fluid simulations lately, but who wouldn't want to enjoy some beautifully presented digital water at its finest?
