Following the announcement of Hi-Fi RUSH's final update before the studio's imminent shutdown, Arkane Austin has announced that they are working on a final update for the game Redfall ahead of the studio's closure.
The update, named Game Update 4, is set to include a range of enhancements such as revamped Neighborhood and Nest systems, Single Player Pausing, and an Offline Mode.
The studio was reportedly developing DLC and several patches for Redfall, originally slated for a 2024 release, before Microsoft announced its decision in early May to shut down Arkane Austin, Tango Gameworks, and two other studios due to a shift in Xbox's priorities.

Even though Arkane Austin is closing its doors, it's pretty clear the devs are trying their best to leave a mark with Redfall. While we're still in the dark about the exact details and release date of the update, the devs have promised more info is coming soon.
