Roblox has announced plans to start conducting interviews with new candidates willing to work at the company directly within the platform. The first step of the experiment will involve conducting interviews with young candidates for junior positions. The company's management believes that this idea will be most appealing to candidates who have been familiar with Roblox since childhood.
The interviews will take place in a so-called Career Center created within Roblox. Candidates will be able to visit the library to prepare for interviews, communicate with specialists, attend lectures on work, and undergo testing.
The interviews have not started yet, but Roblox users can already explore the Career Center and check out its different features.
