Have a look at RollerGirl – an upcoming musical adventure narrative game where the world around you changes with your mood.

In this indie game set in 2010's Ontario, you play as 16-year-old Naomi, who explores the neighborhood on her rollerblades, enjoying the music on her MP3 player, which changes the look, feel, and behavior of the scenery around. 

This cozy game by Pushing Vertices is still in development and doesn't have a Steam page yet, but you can try it out in this demo.
