The system within Unity adds a utility window that shows a list of previously selected scene objects or project window assets. Such an addition makes it easier to navigate large projects and scenes.
Some technical details:
- The add-on can be used for recording the selection of scene objects and/or project assets
- You can navigate the selection back and forth through the bracket keys.
- How to switch it on: the Window->General->Selection History menu.
