A Senior Technical Artist and Software Developer Eddie Ataberk has released a new plugin that allows its users to project decals that follow bone deformations on skeletal meshes. According to the author, this tool was created as a workaround to the fact that decals do not follow the bone deformations in Unreal Engine by default. The plugin is available for UE 4.26 – 4.27.
