Theory Accelerated Launches New GPU-Powered Solver For Liquid Simulations

Paradigm is available for free in open beta.

Similar to Axiom, the popular GPU-accelerated volumetric solver for fire, smoke, and explosions by Theory Accelerated, Paradigm is built on the same technology to enable easy creation of liquid effects. It has a close integration with Houdini and can be used with your existing workflows and pipeline.

Paradigm's biggest advantage is its use of the GPU to simulate millions of particles in a fraction of the time required by a CPU. It also has user-friendly workflows, so setups take less time.

Paradigm isn't yet production-ready and is currently available to test for free in an open beta. More information about Paradigm can be found in the FAQ.

You might also want to check out Sebastian Schaefer's newly launched HydroFX, a GPU-accelerated FLIP fluid solver designed for realistic water simulations:

To download Paradigm, you'll need to create a free account on Theory Accelerated. Don't forget to subscribe to our Newsletter and join our 80 Level Talent platform, follow us on TwitterLinkedInTelegram, and Instagram, where we share breakdowns, the latest news, awesome artworks, and more.
