Egging On will be released in two months.
Egging On is a precision platformer we covered back in February. Today, we have some exciting news for fans of the game: It has officially received a release date.
In case you missed our first report, Egging On is a game developed by the Poland-based indie studio Egobounds using Unity. In this platformer, you take control of a wobbly egg to roll and jump through each level with the goal of reaching the top without falling and cracking into a puddle of yolk. Precise control is essential to ensure a safe journey.
The game features various climbing environments and meticulously crafted levels. Along the journey, you’ll encounter interactive obstacles like seesaws, chainsaws, and even hostile roosters that can send you flying to random locations. There are no checkpoints, so if you fall, you’ll have to climb back up from the beginning.

Meanwhile, there are additional quests, such as collecting hidden stamps, which unlock extraordinary rewards upon reaching the top. You can also customize your egg’s appearance by changing its skin.
When visiting the game's Steam page, you can learn about its fun by watching developers play the demo version, which is available to download now.
Egging On will be released in roughly two months, on August 7. If you like challenging platformers, don't hesitate to try it out and wishlist the game to be notified when it's released.
