Isaac Oster, a technical and character artist, released a mini-series where he shows how to create realistic organic shapes using ZBrush. 

The mini-series is divided into 27 topics and covers the process step-by-step by getting into details and explaining how to work on fingers, fingertips, nails, how to manage adjustments.
