Valve Announced Half-Life: Alyx

This new VR game will be revealed this Thursday.

If you live long enough, you might just see another Half-Life game. This saying proved to be true today, when Valve Software officially announced the next game in the popular series.

Here’s the official quote from Twitter: “We’re excited to unveil Half-Life: Alyx, our flagship VR game, this Thursday at 10am Pacific Time. Can’t wait to share it with all of you!”

That’s not exactly a surprise though. There was a lot of rumors about this game, and Valve said that they were experimenting with Half-Life in VR quite a long time ago (almost in 2015).

Half-Life 2 was released on November 2004. Half-Life 2: Episode Two was published on October 2007. It’s been a long time.
