It's "absolutely not impossible".
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 was announced in 2019 and has had fans excited since then. However, Paradox Interactive delayed the action RPG and then replaced the developer Hardsuit Labs with an unknown studio.
But it seems we'll hear about Bloodlines 2 relatively soon as Paradox Interactive's CEO Fredrik Wester told Nyhetsbyrån Direkt that it is "absolutely not impossible" that the game could launch in 2023.
"It feels really good with Bloodlines 2 and we'll likely be able to set a launch date for the game relatively soon. We feel that the game has been in very good hands and we're incredibly satisfied with what we've seen," he said (via CBR).
There isn't a lot known about the new developer and what it brings to the game, as well as how much of the original Bloodlines will be left when it's done. But Paradox decided against canceling the game after hearing this new team's pitch, so it must be worth playing.
