Watch Zelda's Guardian Dance in This Fun Rig

CamTheCan taught the robot an important skill.

An animator known as CamTheCan shows the Guardian from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild some crazy moves in their new IK rig made in Blender.

Inverse Kinematics (IK) "allow you to position the last bone in a bone chain and the other bones are positioned automatically," as described in the Blender Manual. "This is like how moving someone’s finger would cause their arm to follow it."
