ZBrush Tutorial: How To Paint Realistic 3D Sculpts
Sherif Dawoud shared his process.
Sherif Dawoud, whom you may know for many things, including incredible sculpting work, has published a quick video sharing his step-by-step process for painting in ZBrush. In the tutorial, he uses a custom material available here, but it's not necessary to follow along to achieve a realistic and natural-looking sculpt like that.
