Arago — Automated Photogrammetry Rig
Arago is Rigsters' flagship product: a fully automated 5-axis photogrammetry rig designed for the mass digitization of physical objects. Built by 3D artists for 3D professionals, Arago was originally developed to optimize Rigsters' own production workflow before becoming available to the wider industry.
The rig handles everything from small jewelry to sculptures up to 150 × 150 × 150 cm, with an average capture cycle of around 15 minutes per object — enabling 25–30 items per day under consistent operation. Its advanced pathfinding algorithms and real-time proximity tracking enable fully automated, safe camera movement around any subject, while five high-quality stepper motor–driven axes deliver precise and flexible positioning.

Arago Control Software
Arago ships with Arago Control, an intuitive desktop application that puts powerful automation at the operator's fingertips. Key features include:

- Prescan via an integrated Intel RealSense depth camera for automatic 3D proxy generation
- Intelligent automatic position generation based on camera aperture, sensor size, and object geometry

The LightArray is Rigsters' dedicated lighting system, built specifically for photogrammetry and photometry workflows. It combines four 250 W LEDs with an integrated electro-optical polarization filter for rapid, multi-directional, cross-polarized light capture — producing PBR-ready texture datasets alongside precise geometry.
