A Cool Procedural Rain Effect by Alex Heskett

The effect was made in Blender and can run at 30 FPS in the Eevee viewport.

Shader Artist Alex Heskett a.k.a. HotdogNugget has released a downloadable procedural rain FX pack made in Blender. The pack includes shaders for condensation, drips, and ripples, and comes with setups that allow the effects to be applied to any surface. The project's description states that the effect can be used with both Eevee and Cycles and can run at 30 FPS in the Eevee viewport.
