A Scene From LDR's Jibaro Episode Recreated with Blender & Substance

CGI and VFX Artist known as Storyx has unveiled a cool new project inspired by Love, Death+Robots' Jibaro episode. This time, the artist has demonstrated a thorough recreation of the Golden Woman dance scene from the episode that can easily be mistaken for the episode itself. The environment, the character, and the water were made in just one month using Substance 3D Painter and Blender Cycles X.

Moreover, Storyx also shared a short timelapse breakdown, demonstrating how the Golden Woman was made. In this breakdown, the author showed the modeling and texturing workflows and demonstrated how she was rigged and prepared for animation.
