In early April, CG Artist Hiro Japan officially presented an incredible 3D Sousou no Frieren fan-made movie comprising multiple funny sequences created by a whopping 32 Animators, ranging from aspiring creators to seasoned veterans.
Recently, 3DCG Artist GACCHI, who was responsible for rigging the movies Frieren and Fern models and whom you might remember for their experiments with the boneDynamicsNode, offered an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the project, sharing some insights about the animation's production pipeline and detailing the rigging workflow.
