Autodesk has presented its own virtual agent called AVA. The agent is described as a “digital human” that can answer some of the most common questions, help you find needed content. AVA can also deal with transactions. The goal here is to get a response to emotional signals, so your experience with Autodesk products can now be more natural.  

Meet AVA, Autodesk’s virtual agent. AVA is a “digital human” that answers customers’ most common questions, directs people to content and completes transactions. AVA is able to read and respond interactively to emotional signals, with the ultimate goal of providing a more natural and familiar user experience.
