Karthik Suresh, whom we interviewed some time ago about his realistic lady holding a revolver, has unveiled a new character, this time in a stylized direction. As he shared, in this project, he focused on maintaining a hand-painted look while also exploring outline and toon shading workflows in Blender.

It's based on a 2D design by Max Slavsky:
