Awesome Hand-Painted 3D Tribute To Treecko

Mathieu Mistler turned Mei Ford's Pokémon 2D art into 3D.

In celebration of 30 years of Pokémon this month, Mathieu Mistler created a fan art of his first-ever starter Pokémon, Treecko, based on an illustration by Mei Ford. As the artist shared, "This one was fun to do but also challenging," as he pushed his hand-painting skills to adapt the complex details of the original artwork, especially the tree:
