If default Pokémon creatures are too tame for you, check out this awesome mecha Blastoise created by Principal Character Artist Frederic Daoust using ZBrush, Substance 3D Painter, and Unreal Engine.

The artist is known for his cyber designs and futuristic renders. He's impressed us with cybernetic limbs and character details for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided before.

The evolved version of Squirtle is not the first Pokémon in Daoust's capable hands. You might have seen a similar approach to Mewtwo from him.
