Dead Space Will Have New Game+ at Launch

The remake of Dead Space will have a New Game+ feature, which offers some perks, including a secret ending.

Replying to a tweet, the official Dead Space account confirmed that players will get to enjoy the game anew with bonuses like a level 6 advanced suit, new Phantom Necromorphs, and a secret ending.

Dead Space is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on January 27. The creators at Motive Studio have been pretty enthusiastic about sharing various development details of the game. They talked about how they keep the atmosphere intense, how the story had been rewritten, and how Dead Space had been created as "one sequential shot".

To tease the fans further, Motive Studio's technical director David Robillard shared that he can't use headphones while playing because it is "just too fucking scary".
