Death Spreader: A Futuristic Gun Design Made in Maya & Substance 3D

Lennard Claussen unveiled one more outstanding gun design.

Digital Artist Lennard Claussen, a 3D Prop Artist behind weapons from Love, Death + Robots' Snow in the Desert episode, has recently presented yet another futuristic gun design. This time, the artist presented Death Spreader, a beefy rifle model with incredible worn-out-like looks and tons of small details scattered across its surface.

According to the creator, this project is a retexturing of a 2018 model based on Vadim Sverdlov's concepts and is inspired by Wolfenstein's weapons, primarily by Nicholas Cort's Laserkraftwerk. To create the model, the artist utilized Maya and Substance 3D Painter.
