The evidence was found on the official website of the Estonian court.
At the beginning of October, it was revealed that the creators of Disco Elysium Robert Kurvitz, Aleksander Rostov, and Helen Hindpere had left ZA/UM at the end of 2021. According to the former editor of the game Martin Luiga, they were "fired on false premises and the entire ordeal has been very traumatizing for both them and people close to them."
Now, it seems like Robert Kurvitz has filed a lawsuit against the company as the evidence found on the Estonian Ministry of Justice’s website Riigi Teataja suggests. First reported by Tech News Space, it shows that Kurvitz is going to sue ZA/UM on behalf of his company, Telomer OÜ.
The hearing is set for November 28th, 2022, but there than that, nothing else is revealed.
Luiga left a cryptic message on Twitter, which seems to confirm the news.
Earlier, he expressed his doubts concerning Disco Elysium 2, saying "ZA/UM Studio in its current form will not be developing the sequel."
