3D Material Artist and Lead Game Artist at Nordeus Nikola Damjanov, known for his outstanding artworks created with Substance 3D software, has shared a lengthy blog post providing a closer look at Substance 3D Sampler's upcoming photogrammetry feature, announced back in September 2022 during Adobe's Substance 3D Livestream.
According to the artist, he had the opportunity to beta-test the feature and learn about its strengths and advantages ahead of the release, as well as have a "fun and insightful experience" creating photogrammetry-based projects. The creator noted that the feature's highlights are its ease of use and the ability to immediately tweak the 3D scans, thanks to the access to the entire Substance 3D ecosystem.
Moreover, Nikola has also demonstrated multiple results of his experiments and provided some details regarding each and every one of them. You can check out some of them attached below or by reading the artist's original post.
